Turn Water Risks Into Your Career Advantage

A Leadership Masterclass for Strategic, Impact-Driven Women

WWSN has the pleasure to host Jennifer Möller-Gulland’s Leadership Masterclass for strategic, impact-driven women: “Turn Water Risks Into Your Career Advantage”.

Many women in water, sanitation, and sustainability feel the same frustration: their work is undervalued because it’s seen as “soft,” “nice to have,” or too complex to quantify.

This masterclass changes that.

We’ll show you how water risks—when framed strategically—gives you the language and data to be taken seriously by clients, colleagues, and decision-makers.

It’s a niche that not only sharpens your message but also backs it with hard numbers and real-world consequences.

In addition to Jennifer’s Masterclass, you’ll have the chance to speak to women who used Water Risk Trainings to reposition themselves as credible experts, win high-impact projects, and finally get the recognition they deserve—all by committing to lifelong learning and choosing a niche with both purpose and power.

This is for you if you’re ready to:
  • Stop being seen as “the nice one” and start being heard as the strategic one
  • Link your values to results and make your work impossible to ignore
  • Grow your career through continuous learning that actually moves the needle
Come curious. Leave empowered - with a solid toolbox, sharper messaging, real success stories, and a clear path to becoming a respected female leader in water risk and beyond.

Jennifer is the Founder & Managing Director at Water Security Collective and has worked for 15 years on water risks with the World Bank, UN, and various Multinational Companies globally. She is the creator of the Water Risk Academy, which hosts, among others, the CPD-accredited Water Risk Assessment Certification Training.

🕑 15:00-16:30 CET
💻 Format: Online
🙂 WWSN members, Stronger Together! Coalition members + friends (women only)

✏️ Registration opens on Friday 13 Feb.

Inspired by the UN High-level Preparatory Meeting in Dakar, Senegal (January 2026), as part of teh Preparatory process of the 2026 UN Water Conference, we’re hosting this special virtual Meet-up. It’s a moment to reconnect with fellow participants, exchange key takeaways, and keep the energy of the Congress and the Stronger Together! Coalition alive.

What to Expect

We are delighted to welcome two inspiring speakers:

• Elizabeth A. Koch – Bridging Waters Advisory / Women in Water Diplomacy Network
• Dr. Aline Saraiva Okello – Rural Water Supply Network

They will share key reflections from Dakar and what it means for women in water as we move toward 2026, followed by small breakout conversations to connect, exchange, and look ahead together.

Who Can Join

This Meet-up is open to all WWSN members and to members of the Stronger Together! Coalition organisations, and friends – women only.

You don’t need to have attended the Dakar event to join — if you did (in person or online), bring your reflections; if not, come to listen, learn, and connect.  Looking forward to seeing you online soon!
