WWSN exclusive online workshop with Analía on how to move our careers forward by overcoming internal barriers and biases. We offer two time slots to accommodate your timezone.

Whether you're just starting out or considering a career change, you've likely absorbed many stories—about who you are, what you're capable of, and what your future could look like.

Some of these stories can hold us back. They quietly reinforce fears and insecurities, keeping us stuck in comfort zones and limiting our potential.

Sometimes, the next step in our career is right in front of us—but we're too entangled in these internal narratives to see it clearly and take the leap.

In this interactive workshop, we’ll explore the stories we tell ourselves, where they come from, and how they shape our decisions. Together, we’ll learn to recognize and challenge our limiting beliefs, reconnect with our sense of possibility, and take meaningful steps forward. Career development can feel overwhelming, but it always begins with one powerful step: reconnecting with yourself.

Let's identify our own biases to turn the barriers that surround us into possibilities!

Why is it useful to attend - This workshop will offer a valuable space for participants to connect with one another and with themselves through guided discussions. Participants will get value in two ways: expanding and nurturing their relationships with peers within WWSN, and learning more about the conscious and unconscious stories that shape their mindset on their career development.

What do participants learn and where can they use the new knowledge? - During the session, participants will learn what stories, and related beliefs, are shaping the way they see themselves and their careers. They will also learn how these beliefs are often present for other peers, and the many ways they show up. Participants will take with them these insights, along with additional advice on next steps to implement them as part of their career development. They will also gain discussion prompts they can go back to at other points in their career exploration.

For who? - This workshop is designed for professionals who are interested in or currently facing a career transition and want guidance through feeling clearer on what they convey about themselves. This workshop also serves professionals who are interested in gaining clarity about what is informing their career choices and take more intentional steps towards their career goals.

What will happen in this 1 1/2 hours? During these 90 minutes, Analía will briefly introduce participants to the importance of stories and why she approaches career development discussions through this lens. She will then facilitate a series of guided group discussions through prompts that participants will reflect on individually and as part of small groups.

WWSN Online Workshop: Careers – Mastering Job Interviews

Have you ever been invited to an interview and wondered how to truly stand out?

Do you find it challenging to present your experience with confidence and clarity when it matters most?

You are not alone. Even highly experienced professionals can find interviews daunting. That’s why we invite you to join our next WWSN Workshop—a supportive and informal space to build confidence, strengthen your interview skills, and connect with women across our global network.

📅 9 April 2026
🕑 14:30 – 16:00 CEST
💻 Format: Online (Zoom)
🙂 Participants: WWSN members (women only)

What to expect

This interactive workshop will focus on practical strategies to help you prepare for and succeed in job interviews.

We are especially pleased to welcome our guest expert, Eliana Harrigan, who will guide us through key interview techniques and the art of storytelling for impactful and authentic self-presentation.

Together, we will explore how to structure your responses, communicate your skills and experience with confidence, and align your story with the role you are applying for.

Through short inputs, breakout discussions, and practical exercises, participants will reflect on their professional journeys, practice answering common interview questions, and exchange ideas and peer feedback in small groups.

We will also share tips on how to handle challenging questions, make a strong first impression, and convey your unique value with clarity and purpose.

By the end of the session, you will have practical tools, new perspectives, and greater confidence to approach interviews with clarity and authenticity.

While we cannot promise job offers, we hope to provide useful strategies, fresh insights, and a supportive space—and perhaps help you find a “partner in crime” to practice and prepare together!
